Shout out to Christopher with First Response Gutters and Drains. He put gutters on my barn a few months ago and did a great job. Other companies wouldn't even give me a bid on a small job. Yesterday I noticed a section of my house gutters coming unattached. The roof is new and house gutters were installed by another person who didn't return my calls. Chris came out today for the repair. He's a great guy and has great customer service. In addition to repair, he cleaned out corners that were plugged with crud.

Awesome job, good expertise. They won among 3 quotes, because: - they are the only ones who climbed the roof and really checked my gutters for a quote and told me what can be done and what cannot. - they are the only who said NO to my ideas and well explained why it is impossible/bad. For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof. THANK YOU FOR THIS it looks great. - they offered only what should be done instead of offering/charging unnecessary work. - they offered almost twice the lower price than a well advertised company, a bit higher price than the other one but because of the above, they got my heart and money.
